Cancel Policy - 3 A foods believes in & helps its customers as far as possible, How do I cancel an order on ? If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 15 minutes of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing the order, we will refund the entire amount. Please understand we make fresh food and we don’t use refrigerators If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Refund Policy: Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Return Policy We will only accept return if a wrong or damaged product is received by the customer. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 1 hour after the complaint is lodged only before 10 PM on same day else it will be delivered next day. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: 1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product; 2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, container, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. Delivery Policy - Delivery Rules and Timings are as follows: 1. Customer can choose the delivery slots stated on the website. As per the stated slots fresh cooked food will be delivered. 2. The slots starts from 7:30 to 10:00. Goods will be delivered in an hour slot as per the convenience of the customer 3. Minimum Order criteria should meet INR 290 for the fresh cooked food to be delivered 4. Check your Pin Codes if the delivery is allowed, rite now Online orders are restricted to Thane area only 5. In case of festival time or heavy traffic rush, the order delivery may be delayed and it will be communicated to customer accordingly. This situation does not allow customer to cancel the order. 6. Any offer launched will be valid for a time period and may be with or without limited use of coupon. 7. To avail any offer through coupon, customer must sign up with us by entering his complete contact information and delivery address. 8. Order should be made online only between 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM all days. Any order beyond this time will be confirmed with the customer for the delivery time and date and accordingly will be delivered with the mutual understanding. In case of not acceptable to customer, a cash back voucher will be issued. 9. 3 A foods reserves the right to cancel any order if it does not meet any of the delivery policy.
